Description

You will lead a high-performing team of Clinical Breast Oncology Specialists, driving adoption of Signatera, our market-leading molecular residual disease test. As a subject matter expert, you will shape regional strategy, foster cross-functional alignment, and build partnerships with key opinion leaders to position Natera at the forefront of oncology innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years clinical sales experience with 5+ years sales management in oncology diagnostics
• Deep expertise in breast oncology with established relationships across health systems
• Proven ability to navigate complex clinical environments and understanding of MRD, IHC, genomic testing
• Willingness to travel 50-75% within the region

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Clinical Oncology Specialists to exceed sales goals
• Develop and execute regional business plans for product adoption and revenue growth
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders in breast oncology
• Build partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and integrated health systems
• Manage regional budgets and resources effectively
