🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and guide engineering teams reporting to you
• Interact with staff and principal engineers on features and architecture
• Provide technical leadership and oversight of team activities
• Hire, on-board, and mentor a diverse team of high-potential members

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years leading software engineering teams on public clouds
• 12+ years of industry experience overall
• Experience managing a team of 8 or more members
• Experience with Software-as-a-Service ownership and Reliability Principles

• Experience in ISPM concepts and solutions
• Proficiency in Golang, C++, Python, or Java
