Description

You will lead Motional's global test operations, shaping strategy and ensuring safe, efficient AV testing. Oversee cross-functional teams, drive operational excellence, and champion a culture of safety and innovation to support commercialization.

Requirements

• 10+ years progressive leadership in operations, test engineering, or program management
• 5+ years in senior leadership (Director or above) capacity
• Proven success leading large, distributed teams in complex technical environments
• Strong track record of cross-functional alignment and delivering results at scale
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term vision for Test Operations aligning resources with company objectives
• Lead and develop multi-level organization of managers and operators across test sites
• Establish and refine policies, SOPs, and key performance metrics for safety and reliability
• Collaborate with senior leaders to integrate vehicle testing into development lifecycle
• Champion continuous improvement through new tools and operational models
