You will drive store sales goals by providing an authentic, excellent experience for every guest through genuine connection and product education. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract role based in Manchester.

Requirements

• Prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Self-motivated with desire to achieve results
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for entire shift
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO's initiatives
• Engage with customers and provide a friendly shopping environment
• Build client relationships daily
• Analyse reports to strategize and deliver results
• Assist in processing shipment and visual merchandising
