📋 Requirements
- Experience in coaching individuals or groups in a growing business
- Partnered with executive leaders on strategic business plans
- Led or been a crucial member of a People Team in a growing business
- Facilitated strategic initiatives to develop emerging leaders

- Background in adult education or learning facilitation
- Experience as an HR Business Partner with strategic focus
- Proven success in altering core business functions for profitability and people alignment
