Description

You will lead the evolution of PandaDoc's Document Experience, owning the strategy and execution of core document workflows. You'll guide multiple squads, integrate AI capabilities into document creation, and shape cohesive end-to-end user journeys.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in document/productivity/collaboration platforms.
• Proven experience owning complex user-facing domains end-to-end from strategy to delivery.
• Direct experience shipping AI-powered product features and defining UX behavior and rollout strategies.
• Skilled in rapid discovery and iteration using prototypes, experiments, and AI-assisted tools.
• Strong communicator who simplifies complexity and aligns cross-functional teams.
