💼 About This Role

You'll partner with the Head of Product to make the product organization faster and more effective by building AI-native systems and operating frameworks. Your impact is enabling better decisions and faster execution across the entire product org.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and improve product operating systems like planning cycles and decision frameworks.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate external partnerships to expand product capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives spanning pricing, analytics, and process redesign.

📋 Requirements

• 4-8 years in product management, strategy & operations, or strategy consulting.
• AI-native approach using AI tools daily to automate workflows and build systems.
• Exceptional communication skills for writing strategy docs and presenting to execs.
• Comfort with ambiguity to build structure where none exists.
