Description

You will lead 10x Genomics' digital marketing engine, driving measurable business impact across web, SEO, SEM, paid media, email, and webinars. This strategic yet hands-on role owns strategy, execution, and optimization to support product launches, demand generation, and brand building.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in digital marketing roles spanning web, SEO/SEM, digital ads, email, and webinars/events.
  • 2+ years in team or project leadership capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Demonstrated mastery of digital marketing across web/UX, SEO, SEM, digital display, and paid social.
  • Deep experience with email marketing platforms, audience segmentation, marketing automation, and webinar/event technology.
  • Track record managing and optimizing digital advertising budgets (preferably $500K+/year).
  • Strong analytic mindset; skilled in Google Analytics, tag management, CRM, UTM tracking, and performance dashboarding.
  • Working knowledge of web content management (CMS), HTML, basic CSS, and digital creative/production workflows.
  • Expert project and vendor management skills.
  • High attention to detail, solution-oriented, and data-driven.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • B2B life sciences or technology strongly preferred.
  • Master's degree a plus.
  • Experience in highly regulated, global, or complex product environments a plus.
  • Local to San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the digital marketing strategy, aligning with campaign objectives and business goals.
  • Oversee and optimize the 10x Genomics website, including content updates, landing pages, conversion paths, and UX improvements.
  • Lead SEO strategy and execution, including technical SEO, content optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Own SEM and paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, retargeting) from design to optimization.
  • Design and execute integrated email marketing programs, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting.
  • Manage end-to-end webinar program logistics, ensuring seamless execution and pipeline impact.
  • Launch and manage digital advertising across search, social, and relevant channels.
  • Serve as digital SME on integrated campaign teams, advising on best practices and performance forecasting.
  • Track results, build dashboards, and conduct performance reviews including site traffic, MQL volume, and ROI.
  • Ensure web, email, and digital activities comply with GDPR/privacy and regulatory guidelines.
  • Champion continuous improvement, testing, and innovation in digital marketing.
