You'll manage a team of hourly associates in a vehicle reconditioning center to meet production and quality goals. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
• Oversee day-to-day activities and coach team members.
• Prevent and resolve conflict among team members.
• Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver's license with clean record in last 3 years
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a production environment
• Ability to lift 60 pounds independently
