Description

As a Technical Account Manager, you will build and maintain customer relationships to drive product adoption and expansion. You'll act as a trusted advisor, providing GRC subject-matter expertise and technical product advice to help customers maximize their use of the Risk Cloud platform. You'll own customer health, proactively engage at-risk accounts, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in GRC or Risk Advisory
  • Expertise in Risk Cloud platform and ability to articulate value
  • Interest in supporting sales and commercial business development
  • Experience with cybersecurity/risk management frameworks (NIST 800-53, ISO27001)
  • Great people skills and ability to manage multiple accounts

Responsibilities
