Build and lead a strategic, enterprise-grade people analytics function at Gong. You will transform people data into actionable insights to improve retention, performance, workforce planning, and organizational health, driving measurable business impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years in People Analytics, including 4+ years leading teams
• Demonstrated success scaling People Analytics in high-growth environment
• Technical fluency with HRIS (Workday), ATS (Greenhouse), employee listening tools, people analytics platforms
• Expertise in BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Experience with SQL and predictive modeling using Python or R

Responsibilities

• Lead the People Analytics function: define and execute multi-year vision and roadmap
• Own and evolve the people data ecosystem across Workday, Greenhouse, CultureAmp
• Drive executive decision support with actionable insights on workforce strategy
• Develop predictive workforce models and advance analytics maturity
• Build and lead a high-performing analytics team
