You'll deliver virtual counseling sessions to members recovering from substance use disorders using Affect's evidence-based program. You'll conduct intake assessments, facilitate group and individual sessions, and coordinate care. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate Member readiness
• Facilitate group and one-on-one counseling sessions
• Provide crisis support and coordinate referrals
• Maintain documentation in EMR system

📋 Requirements

• Active and verifiable Oregon counseling license (CADC-I, CADC-II, CADC-III+)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite and EMR systems
• Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet
• Passionate about supporting individuals in recovery

• Mental health license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
• Experience with telehealth platforms
