You'll join Carvana's team as an experienced PDR technician, using advanced glue-pulling and hail repair techniques on steel and aluminum panels at a high-tech Inspection Center. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform paintless dent repair on steel and aluminum panels
• Use advanced glue-pulling and hail repair techniques
• Repair creases and body lines to factory specifications
• Inspect vehicles for quality assurance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional automotive PDR experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR check
• Must be 18 years or older

• Experience with aluminum panel repair
• ASE certification in body repair
• Previous work in high-volume production environment
