🎯 What You'll Do

• Support business development and transaction execution.
• Participate in live deals: M&A, capital offerings, advisory.
• Supervise and mentor investment banking analysts.
• Develop technical analysis and marketing materials.

📋 Requirements

• 2 years minimum professional experience in investment banking or related field.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA not required.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, corporate finance, and accounting.
• Securities Industry Essentials Exam and Series 79 license (or obtain upon hire).

✨ Nice to Have

• Transaction experience in Aerospace & Defense or Government Services.
• Proficiency with Capital IQ, PitchBook, or Tableau.
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
