💼 About This Role

You'll prepare and serve food in fine dining, bistro, and coffee shop venues. You'll ensure quality and safety while working with fresh local products. This role offers great work/life balance and opportunities for creativity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with job training for new associates in cooking skills and safety compliance.
• Prepare and direct preparation of regular and special diet foods per menus and recipes.
• Review production and event sheets to prepare appropriate items and quantities.
• Check quality of MEP for area and all Cook I to ensure products meet standards.

📋 Requirements

• Two years of experience in commercial or volume food preparation.
• Ability to use standard food preparation utensils.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• ServSafe Certification (can acquire on site).
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
