You will design Agentic AI solutions integrated with enterprise platforms, bridging business needs with technical realities in a pre-sales role. You'll lead solution design, manage client relationships, and oversee implementation to ensure flawless delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in architecture, solution design, and CCaaS technologies
• Deep expertise in Conversational AI, Generative AI, and Agentic solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical designs and ROI
• Familiarity with major CCaaS vendors, AI/ML, and integration patterns

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients, analyze requirements, and create proposals for RFPs/RFIs
• Architect end-to-end CCaaS systems including integrations, data flows, and security
• Define technology stacks and ensure scalability, reliability, and security
• Collaborate with sales, IT, product, and delivery teams
• Guide development, manage migrations, and act as escalation point
