You'll turn data into Birdie's most powerful asset by rebuilding the analytics platform for a home healthcare company with over 60 million care visits. You'll lead the creation of customer-facing data products like predictive care quality intelligence and benchmarking tools that improve outcomes for older adults. This role owns the modernisation of a cloud data platform and builds a high-performing team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and drive customer-facing analytics product, shipping data features for care providers.
• Lead modernization of data platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and external readiness.
• Define and communicate data strategy connecting platform investment to product outcomes.
• Build and lead a high-performing data team, establishing focused ways of working.

📋 Requirements

• Designed or materially rebuilt a cloud data platform with strong architectural skills.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, DBT, and Looker in a modern stack.
• Shipped analytics features to external users and made data trustworthy for non-technical customers.
• Managed senior ICs or team leads, improving team effectiveness.
