💼 About This Role

You'll partner with the CEO at Centari, a deal intelligence platform for law and finance, to drive strategic planning and execution. You'll own the company's operating cadence, KPI infrastructure, and financial planning, working across all functions. This role offers direct exposure to the decisions shaping the company's trajectory.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with CEO on strategy execution and high-impact initiatives
• Own financial planning including burn, runway, and unit economics
• Run operating cadence: leadership meetings, OKR reviews, all-hands
• Build and maintain company KPI dashboard across revenue, pipeline, etc.
• Lead fundraising activities: investor CRM, data room, diligence

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in investment banking and/or private equity
• Proven record of owning projects end-to-end in ambiguous environments
• Financial fluency: building and stress-testing models

• Prior operations and strategic finance experience at a Series A/B startup
• Strong written communication for executive-level audiences
