Description

You will lead teams building core platforms, cloud infrastructure, and developer tooling for a high-scale eCommerce ecosystem. You'll shape platform strategy, guide architectural decisions, and enable engineering teams to deliver reliable systems safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• 10+ years software engineering experience with platform, infrastructure, or DevOps focus
• 3+ years engineering management or technical leadership
• 7+ years cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with distributed systems, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code
• Ability to lead architectural discussions and make data-informed decisions

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve platform engineering strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps
• Lead cloud and infrastructure engineering with focus on scalability, reliability, security, and cost
• Guide platform architecture and critical technical decisions
• Own DevOps and CI/CD practices, improving automation and release workflows
• Build and maintain shared platforms and developer tooling for safe, scalable system operations
