💼 About This Role

You'll manage the full lifecycle of tenders and contracts for a leading MedTech company, supporting public procurement processes in Poland and Germany. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and competitive proposals while optimizing workflows. This role offers a fully remote setup within a dynamic, innovative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor public procurement platforms and identify relevant tender opportunities.
• Prepare, submit, and track bids ensuring competitive and compliant proposals.
• Maintain contract files, pricing, discounts, and hospital acquisition records.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to gather inputs.

📋 Requirements

• Business fluent in Polish, English, and German.
• Proven experience in contracting and/or tendering, preferably in Polish public procurement.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with CMS or tender/contract management systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
