💼 About This Role

You'll own and scale customer learning across multiple CaptivateIQ products and personas. You'll design role-based learning paths that help customers adopt complex technical functionality, reducing friction for Support, Professional Services, and Customer Success. This remote role offers end-to-end ownership of asynchronous learning experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build role-based, product-specific learning paths for multiple products and personas.
• Develop asynchronous learning experiences including courses, walkthroughs, and assessments.
• Own release-aligned content updates by partnering with Product.
• Measure learning effectiveness using data and analytics to improve outcomes.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in learning experience design or instructional design.
• Proven experience designing learning for complex, technical, multi-product software.
• Experience creating role-based learning paths (e.g., builders, maintainers, finance).
• Experience with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise, Storyline, Captivate).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in data modeling, financial systems, or commissions software.
• Program or curriculum management experience.
• Experience building customer academies in platforms like Skilljar.
