💼 About This Role

You'll handle all physical operations and maintenance for commercial retail properties, ensuring facilities are preserved in first-class condition. You'll complete service requests, perform preventive maintenance, and oversee building systems like hot water boilers and pool equipment. This role requires on-call availability and travel to sister properties.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Complete repairs and preventive maintenance tasks on commercial property systems.
• Inspect property for safety hazards and report potential liability concerns.
• Oversee operation of boilers, exhaust fans, and pool equipment.
• Provide labor and operational expertise for center events.

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of experience in commercial building maintenance or related field.
• Valid California Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, or general repairs.

• Certification from accredited college or trade school.
• Formal training from BOMA, IREM, or vocational program.
• 3-5 years in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or painting.
