Your work directly enables fast, accurate fulfillment for clients like Steve Madden and Prada. This role offers hands-on leadership in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities and manage task allocation.
• Lead shift huddles and communicate workload priorities.
• Monitor replenishment reports and ensure timely task completion.
• Support inventory cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of warehouse, inventory control, or fulfillment experience
• Experience with WMS and RF scanners
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for shifts

• Previous team lead or warehouse leadership experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
