Description

You will lead strategy and execution for fulfillment platform and logistics capabilities, partnering with Operations, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance to build systems that move inventory efficiently and improve client experiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years leading product strategy for complex, system-heavy products in operationally intensive environments
• First-principles thinker who can challenge assumptions and turn ambiguity into decisions
• Exceptional communicator who builds trust with business and technical partners
• Quantitatively strong

• Own product strategy across fulfillment platform and logistics capabilities
• Build deep understanding of operations, architecture, data flows, and system dependencies
• Partner with Operations, Client Experience, and Support to translate goals into product strategies
• Apply first-principles thinking to solve complex, ambiguous problems
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and agentic workflows
