You'll provide global employment law counseling to HR and management on hiring, discipline, and terminations. You'll manage multi-jurisdictional claims and litigation across EMEA and APJ. This role offers direct impact on employee relations at a leading data resilience company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day legal counseling on global employment matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related agreements
• Manage employment-related claims and litigation
• Support employee relations matters and workplace investigations

📋 Requirements

• Law degree (JD or equivalent)
• Proficient English level
• 7+ years of relevant employment law experience
• Exposure to multi-jurisdictional or global employment issues

• EMEA exposure
• Active bar membership in any jurisdiction
• In-house experience
