Description

You will lead the strategy and roadmap for finance and payouts platforms within Enterprise Engineering, focusing on AI-driven automation to streamline order-to-cash, revenue accounting, financial close, and partner payouts. You'll collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations teams to define product requirements and drive adoption of AI capabilities like ML-assisted reconciliations and GenAI assistants.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management, including internal platforms or business systems
• Strong experience in Finance/Accounting technology (e.g., ERP, revenue systems, reconciliations, payouts)
• Ability to translate complex accounting and regulatory requirements into scalable product designs
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML or intelligent automation in business processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Own strategy roadmap for finance and payouts platforms, including AI-enabled capabilities
• Deep-dive workflows across revenue, close, reconciliations, payouts and compliance
• Write clear, structured product requirements for Engineering and Finance
• Partner daily with engineering and architecture on design tradeoffs
• Define and track success metrics and drive change management
