Description

You will lead Samsara's most critical AI initiatives, including internal productivity copilots and customer-facing AI applications, by driving program execution, partnering with the AI Engineering team, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, and other GTM teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
• 6–8 years of program management or business operations experience in SaaS or data-driven tech company
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs with technical and business teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to influence without authority
• Familiarity with AI-related technologies, including basic exposure to Python, Databricks, or ML models

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of AI programs across internal and customer-facing domains
• Partner with AI Engineering to operationalize prototypes into scalable programs
• Define program charters, project plans, stakeholder maps, and milestone schedules
• Facilitate alignment across AI Product, AI Engineering, GTM, and Legal/Data Governance teams
• Track and report KPIs around adoption, performance, and business impact
