🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop nursing managers overseeing 250+ RNs.
• Own clinical integrity and standardization of nursing practice.
• Align staffing models with caseload demand and care intensity.
• Drive nurse engagement, retention, and professional development.

📋 Requirements

• Active unencumbered RN licensure required.
• BSN required; MSN or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years nursing experience with 4+ years in formal leadership role.
• Experience leading large, distributed nursing teams (100+).

✨ Nice to Have

• OCN or AOCN certification preferred.
• Experience in telehealth or virtual care delivery.
• Deep knowledge of oncology nursing practice.
