Requirements

• Medical degree (MD, DO) or master's/PhD in health sciences
• Clinical experience, peer-reviewed publications, hospital practice, or public health projects
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills
• Fluency in Japanese

Responsibilities

• Converse with AI models on clinical scenarios and theoretical medical questions
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
