You'll join our Developer Experience team to build tools and systems that make engineers more productive, focusing on CI/CD pipelines and testing infrastructure. You'll drive metrics-driven improvements to help developers ship faster and more reliably.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop internal tools to reduce friction in the development workflow
• Design and build CI/CD pipelines and release automation systems
• Create and maintain testing infrastructure and frameworks
• Establish metrics and observability for developer experience

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with developer tooling or CI/CD
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, TypeScript, or PHP
• Deep experience with CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions or CircleCI
• Hands-on experience with release engineering and deployment strategies

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code like Terraform
• Previous experience as a product engineer shipping code to production
