Description

You'll oversee day-to-day operations at a Carvana Inspection Center, managing a team of up to 70 associates in a lean manufacturing environment. Your focus will be on maintaining high quality, production, and cost standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and associate engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience leading and developing associates
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean record
• Ability to work overtime and weekends

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day inspection center operations
• Mentor and develop direct reports, succession planning
• Ensure adherence to operating standards and performance metrics
• Maintain production capacity and assist with planning
