You'll develop culturally relevant media strategies for US Hispanic consumers at an independent agency recognized as a Best Place to Work. You'll integrate data, culture, and media creativity to drive measurable results. You'll support national accounts like Hyundai and McDonald's.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Collaborate on holistic media recommendations across paid channels for US Hispanic consumers.
  • Create and optimize strategic, integrated media plans including budget management.
  • Analyze audience behavior using Nielsen, ComScore, Simmons, Mintel.
  • Manage workflows, budgets, and provide guidance to Associate Media Planners.

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a media assistant or planner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of US Hispanic consumer behavior and media habits.
  • Strong grasp of media math (CPMs, GRPs, Reach/Frequency, CPA, ROAS).

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) category.
  • Experience with media planning tools like MediaTools, Simmons, Mintel.
