🎯 What You'll Do
- Collaborate on holistic media recommendations across paid channels for US Hispanic consumers.
- Create and optimize strategic, integrated media plans including budget management.
- Analyze audience behavior using Nielsen, ComScore, Simmons, Mintel.
- Manage workflows, budgets, and provide guidance to Associate Media Planners.
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a media assistant or planner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Understanding of US Hispanic consumer behavior and media habits.
- Strong grasp of media math (CPMs, GRPs, Reach/Frequency, CPA, ROAS).
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) category.
- Experience with media planning tools like MediaTools, Simmons, Mintel.
