Description
You will lead and operationalize global enablement programs for Sales, Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, and Partner ecosystems at NiCE Cognigy. This strategic role focuses on accelerating revenue, reducing ramp time, and driving consistent customer and partner experiences through scalable training, certifications, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years in GTM enablement, partner enablement, or sales effectiveness in enterprise SaaS/AI companies
- Proven track record building scalable, global enablement programs with measurable business impact
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience building partner certification and implementation readiness programs
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global GTM enablement strategy aligned to growth priorities
- Drive partner enablement and certification programs to scale ecosystem
- Own role-based learning journeys and certification programs across technical and non-technical audiences
- Lead delivery of high-impact enablement programs including workshops, bootcamps, and hands-on training
- Act as trusted advisor to executive leadership on enablement strategy and workforce readiness
