🎯 What You'll Do

• Process weekly, biweekly, or semi-monthly payroll cycles accurately
• Review and validate timesheets, bonuses, wages, deductions, benefits
• Ensure proper calculation of taxes, withholdings, garnishments
• Maintain payroll records and update employee data in payroll platforms

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing or related finance/HR ops
• Solid understanding of payroll principles, tax regs, and compensation structures
• Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Paychex, or similar
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for reporting

• Experience handling multi-state or multi-cycle payroll
• Knowledge of year-end reporting and W-2 preparation
