You'll partner with retailers and internal teams to drive channel strategy and exceed sales objectives for a prestige hair care brand. You'll analyze business trends and optimize brand representation to maximize sell-in and sell-out across key accounts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day account operations and retailer relationships
• Develop and execute strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize brand execution and inventory
• Lead visual merchandising to ensure brand consistency and sales performance

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years prestige retail experience
• Numbers driven with high Excel proficiency
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Experience with Bluemercury, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's, Macy's, Dillard's, or Military accounts
