You'll join the Personalization team at Spotify, building conversational AI capabilities that let users interact with audio in natural language. You'll shape how millions discover content through intelligent recommendation systems and help launch AI-powered experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop reward signals for recommendation systems via hands-on ML
• Lead collaborations to integrate and A/B test mid-term signals
• Promote best practices in ML systems development and evaluation
• Prototype, build pipelines, productize, and launch A/B tests

📋 Requirements

• Strong background in machine learning
• Expertise in Reinforcement Learning (RL) for recommendations
• Experience with statistics and optimization in sequential models
• Proficiency in transformers, generative AI, and LLMs

• Familiarity with fine-tuning processes
