Description

Join AlphaSights for a one-day workshop in Tokyo to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced business environment. You'll deepen your understanding of our business, a day in the life, and the culture that makes us outstanding through case studies, role plays, and senior leadership talks. This event is part of the early selection process for Client Service Associate roles starting in summer 2026.

Requirements

• Expected to graduate from university or graduate school by 2028 (holding or expected to hold a Bachelor degree or above).
• Business level or above in both Japanese and English.
• Full attendance at the event is required.
• Any major or field of study is acceptable.
• Alignment with company values: ambitious, results-oriented, adaptable, humble, and empathetic.

Responsibilities

• Attend a one-day workshop including office tour, company introduction, case study and role play session, senior employee round table, interview preparation, mock interview, and senior leadership talk.
