You'll own the strategy and roadmap for member onboarding at Talkspace, driving activation and early engagement. Your core impact is optimizing the onboarding experience to lower barriers to mental healthcare. This role offers the chance to apply growth experimentation in a mission-driven telehealth setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for member onboarding from sign-up to first session
• Improve activation and early engagement through A/B tests and rapid experiments
• Build personalized experiences leveraging AI to adapt to client needs
• Define key events and analytics to provide actionable insights on member behavior

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager with consumer-facing products
• Experience growing and optimizing digital health or telehealth platforms
• Track record of growth-focused product development in user acquisition, activation, and retention
• Data-driven decision-making using tools like Mixpanel or Looker

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience as a Growth PM in a B2C or B2B2C environment
• Background in digital psychiatry or telehealth
• Experience with real-time insurance eligibility cost estimation
