π― What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing offers across functions and levels.
- Build talent pipelines using AI tools, job boards, referrals, and networks.
- Analyze recruiting metrics to surface trends and recommend process improvements.
π Requirements
- 4β6+ years of full-cycle recruiting at a tech company or startup.
- Deep experience recruiting both technical and commercial roles for enterprise software or SaaS.
- Expert proficiency in Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and generative AI sourcing tools.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex workloads and navigate offer negotiations.
