🎯 What You'll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing offers across functions and levels.
  • Build talent pipelines using AI tools, job boards, referrals, and networks.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to surface trends and recommend process improvements.

  • 4–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting at a tech company or startup.
  • Deep experience recruiting both technical and commercial roles for enterprise software or SaaS.
  • Expert proficiency in Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and generative AI sourcing tools.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex workloads and navigate offer negotiations.
