You'll provide tax compliance and consulting for flow-through clients in real estate, crypto, venture capital, and private equity. You'll supervise associates and manage daily delivery of services. This role offers hybrid work in Bengaluru with a top 50 accounting firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare tax compliance and consulting for flow-through clients
• Work with clients to minimize federal, state, and local tax liability
• Supervise tax associates' assignments and manage daily delivery
• Develop and mentor tax associates through counseling and guidance

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in public accounting with partnership taxation
• Degree in Accounting or related field
• Exposure to various entities and industries
• Experience developing and training associate level professionals
