• Edit high-quality UGC-style video ads for multiple platforms
• Contribute to video pre-packaging (title and thumbnail concepts)
• Record A-roll, B-roll, and UGC style content
• Leverage AI tools to create video concepts and new hooks

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Video Editor
• Experience with Adobe Premiere
• Deep understanding of short-form content: hooks, storytelling, pacing

• Proven success on short-form content for growing accounts
• Experience with AI tools like ArcAds, VEO, Nano Banana, Claude
