You'll lead the operational engine powering our Sales organization at Pigment, an AI-powered SaaS platform for business planning. Your core impact is driving strategic planning, operational excellence, and data-driven decisions across the revenue funnel. You'll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to scale GTM operations and optimize sales processes in a high-growth environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a high-performing Sales Operations team
- Drive GTM strategy, territory design, and capacity planning
- Own forecasting, pipeline management, and business reviews
- Optimize sales processes with an AI-first mindset
๐ Requirements
- 8 years experience in B2B SaaS Revenue Operations or Sales Operations
- 4 years people management experience leading operational teams
- Experience supporting Sales and BDR/SDR motions in high-growth environment
- Deep expertise with Salesforce and core revenue systems
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with modern GTM tooling including HubSpot, Gong, Outreach
- Experience driving AI-enabled workflows and automation
- French language proficiency is a plus
