You'll lead the operational engine powering our Sales organization at Pigment, an AI-powered SaaS platform for business planning. Your core impact is driving strategic planning, operational excellence, and data-driven decisions across the revenue funnel. You'll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to scale GTM operations and optimize sales processes in a high-growth environment.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Sales Operations team
  • Drive GTM strategy, territory design, and capacity planning
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management, and business reviews
  • Optimize sales processes with an AI-first mindset

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8 years experience in B2B SaaS Revenue Operations or Sales Operations
  • 4 years people management experience leading operational teams
  • Experience supporting Sales and BDR/SDR motions in high-growth environment
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce and core revenue systems

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with modern GTM tooling including HubSpot, Gong, Outreach
  • Experience driving AI-enabled workflows and automation
  • French language proficiency is a plus
