Requirements

• 8+ years in workplace experience, facilities management, or corporate real estate
• 3-5+ years of people leadership experience
• Experience managing multi-site office portfolios and vendor relationships
• Strong operational mindset with experience building scalable systems
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and cost controls

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workplace experience strategy aligned with business growth
