💼 About This Role

You'll build genomics platforms that drive the discovery of therapies that rejuvenate cells and tissues. You'll own sequencing workflows end-to-end, collaborating with automation and computational scientists to scale what you build and generate data for frontier models.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute genomics experiments (RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, single-cell assays).
• Build custom genomics platforms when off-the-shelf methods fall short.
• Culture cells for screening campaigns and run functional assays.
• Partner with automation engineers to transfer protocols to automated platforms.
• Collaborate with computational scientists to generate data for predictive models.

📋 Requirements

• Ph.D. in Biology, Genomics, or related discipline.
• Deep experience with NGS library prep, sequencing, and QC.
• Cell culture and molecular characterization techniques.
• Experience with single-cell technologies (10x Genomics or similar).
• Experience with epigenomics assays (ATAC-seq, CUT&Tag).

✨ Nice to Have

• Developed novel assays or measurement technologies.
• High-throughput screening or automated platform transfer experience.
• Computational skills (Python, R) for data QC and visualization.
