💼 About This Role

You'll report to the Global Head of Publishing Finance, leveraging financial modeling and operational skills to manage key models and processes. Over time, you'll become a strategic thought partner for go-to-market leadership, driving efficiency and performance for a world-class Publishing organization. This role offers exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build complex financial models to plan and report performance
• Manage budgetary tracking systems and partner with central finance
• Support annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Develop financial frameworks for resource allocation decisions

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience managing analysis of complex, ambiguous problem spaces
• Knowledge of financial systems like OneStream or Hyperion

• Experience with Marketing organizations from strategic and financial perspectives
• Experience building resilient systems with AI
• Knowledge of tools like VBA, SQL, R, Alteryx, Tableau, Looker
