Description

You will lead the full lifecycle of a radar product line at a defense technology company, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance goals are met. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and serve as the primary customer point of contact.

Requirements

• B.S. in engineering, computer science, business, or related field
• 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience with complex projects
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident; ability to obtain security clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead full program lifecycle to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals
• Oversee technical and operational functions, planning, and resource control
• Monitor progress through regular briefings to leadership on program status
• Coordinate efforts across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and BD
• Manage program budget and resource allocation, supporting financial controls
