- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and design roles
- Build and nurture pipelines of top-tier technical talent
- Advise hiring managers on market dynamics and compensation
- Optimize recruiting workflows and ensure data integrity in Ashby
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Proven track record in high-growth company environments
- Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with hiring partners
- Experience with data-driven recruiting strategies

- Experience recruiting for AI or legal tech roles
- Experience with Ashby ATS
- History of mentoring other recruiters
