  • 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
  • Proven track record in high-growth company environments
  • Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with hiring partners
  • Experience with data-driven recruiting strategies

  • Experience with Ashby ATS
  • History of mentoring other recruiters
