Description

You will drill holes on flight hardware and assemble hardware using structural adhesives, fasteners, and inserts on Terran R rocket production. This second-shift role involves working from wider to tighter tolerance bands and collaborating with the manufacturing team to build reusable rockets.

Requirements

• Experience in aerospace or manufacturing drilling and assembly
• Ability to work second shift 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM PT
• Comfortable with 50-hour workweeks and occasional overtime
• Attention to detail and precision in hardware assembly

Responsibilities

• Drill holes on flight hardware using appropriate tooling and jigs
• Work from wider tolerance bands to tighter tolerance bands
• Assemble hardware using structural adhesives
• Properly torque fasteners and install inserts
