You'll own the full customer lifecycle for Wayfinder accounts across APAC, driving adoption and measurable value for fleet operators. You'll partner with Sofar's global Customer Success team and APAC Sales Director to shape how we serve this strategically important market. This role offers high visibility and impact in a fast-growing maritime technology company.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead onboarding and adoption for new Wayfinder accounts
  • Track and report customer outcomes like fuel savings and CII improvement
  • Manage portfolio health, identifying churn risk and driving resolution
  • Conduct renewal and upsell conversations with APAC Sales Director

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years of customer success or account management in B2B SaaS
  • Experience managing enterprise or mid-market accounts with renewal responsibility
  • Track record of driving measurable customer outcomes and value
  • Based in Singapore with willingness to travel across APAC

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with voyage optimization or maritime decarbonization (CII, EEXI)
  • Experience working with technical products in customer-facing role
  • Additional Asian language proficiency (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean)
