Description

You will design warheads and complex ordnance/munitions systems, transitioning them from prototype to production. You'll manage arena and system testing, capture and analyze test data, and assemble/disassemble explosive test articles and precision targets.

Requirements

• BS or higher in mechanical, aerospace, or other engineering discipline
• 2-5+ years of experience in mechanical design, analysis, and testing of naval ordnance/munitions systems
• Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks or NX
• Test experience including data acquisition and analysis
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Top Secret security clearance

• Design warheads and complex ordnance/munitions systems
• Transition prototypes to production
• Manage arena and system testing of munitions products end-to-end
• Capture test video, compile data, and analyze results
• Assemble/disassemble explosive test articles and precision targets
